FAQ
Q: What's the difference between Coding Flow Team Edition and Individual Plan?
A: Team Plan charges per seat, each with independent Credits quota refreshed weekly; Individual Plan charges a monthly fee and is also metered by Credits quota. Both can be used in parallel without affecting each other.
Q: What happens when seat quota is exhausted?
A: When a seat's quota is exhausted, that seat's service is suspended until the next cycle's automatic refresh. It won't consume other seats' quotas or generate additional charges.
Q: Can I still use the API Key after the seat expires?
A: After seat expiry, the corresponding API Key cannot call models. Renew the subscription and reassign the seat to restore access.
Q: Can a revoked seat be assigned to another member?
A: Yes. After revocation, the seat becomes "Idle" and can be reassigned to another member, who will receive a new API Key.
Q: Can I switch seats for the same member?
A: Each member can only hold one seat at a time. To switch, first revoke the current seat, then assign a new one.
Q: What happens if a member already has an Individual Plan and joins a team?
A: Both run in parallel with no mutual impact. The Individual Plan continues using its personal Key and personal quota; the Team seat uses the team Key and seat quota. No automatic refund or cancellation of the Individual Plan occurs.
Q: What if the invitation link expires?
A: Owner can resend "Pending" invitations in the Team Management console, which refreshes the link and validity period.
Q: What happens if team payment fails?
A: A red alert banner appears at the top of the console. Keys remain usable within the current cycle; if unresolved by cycle end, the entire team's service is suspended. Please update your payment method promptly.
