Seat States

Important

Seat state changes immediately drive Key enable/disable. After revoking a seat, the corresponding Key is invalidated instantly with no delay.

Adding Seats

Additional seats can be purchased anytime; new seats share the existing subscription expiry, with fees prorated by remaining cycle.

Formula:

Add-on fee = Seat price × Number of seats ÷ Total days in cycle × Remaining days

Example

Assuming Standard tier ($99/seat/month), current cycle is 30 days total with 20 days remaining, adding 1 seat:

• Add-on fee = $99 × 1 ÷ 30 × 20 = $66

Reassigning Seats

Owner can reassign disabled / idle seats to new members:

• Old member's used quota stays in current period (non-refundable)
• New member uses the seat's remaining quota (quota follows the seat)
• Old member's Key is immediately invalidated; new member receives a new Key

Member Management

Inviting Members

1. Click "Invite Member" in the Team Management console
2. Enter the target member's email; system pre-occupies an idle seat
3. Member receives an invitation email (valid for 7 days)
4. After clicking the link:
   • Not registered on Coding Flow: Guided through registration, then automatically joins the team
   • Already registered on Coding Flow: Login and one-click confirm to join

Email Matching

The account email used for acceptance must match the invited email. If currently logged in with a different account, the system will prompt to switch.

Removing Members

In the member management page, find the target member and click "Remove":

• The member's Key is immediately invalidated upon removal
• The seat automatically reverts to "Idle" state and can be reassigned

Resend & Revoke Invitations

• Resend: Refreshes the invitation link and validity period
• Revoke: Seat immediately returns to "Idle" state

Quota Metering

Quota Refresh

• Weekly refresh (7-day rolling, starting from seat activation)
• Per-seat independent quota; one seat's exhaustion does not affect others
• Quota automatically refreshes at cycle end

Quota Exhaustion

When a seat's quota is depleted:

• That seat's service is immediately suspended
• UI shows the specific refresh time
• Does not consume other seats or account balance

Usage Analytics

In the Team Management console's usage section, you can view:

• Per-member current cycle Credits usage
• Percentage of seat quota used
• Team current cycle total usage
